Richard T. Hite Realty is a small family owned real estate company that has been in business over 35 yrs.  The owner and all agents are natives of Lunenburg and grew up on a farm, so are very familiar with land, and land prices in the Southern Virginia area. 

Richard T. Hite graduated from the University of Richmond in 1969 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.  He obtained a MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1971.  Tommy is a landowner, tobacco and cattle farmer and has been a resident of Southern Virginia his entire life.  He continues to enjoy the aspects of buying and selling properties since becoming involved in real estate 37 years ago.Tommy has been married for 39 years to his wife Carolyn, and they have four sons. Richard, John and David are active in this family business. Tommy presently serves on the Lunenburg County Farm Bureau Board and the Lunenburg County Planning Commission. Richard Hite   Richard Hite was born and raised in Lunenburg County, Virginia. He graduated from Longwood College with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration in 1997. Since that time, he has been actively working with his father in the tobacco and cattle farming operation. He also owns several rental properties. Richard serves on the Lunenburg County Farm Bureau Board. He and he and his wife Mindy have two sons, Robert and Parker, and they are active members of Kenbridge United Methodist Church. David Hite is motivated and prepared to assist you make your next real estate investment.  He has experience in selling Residential, Agriculture, and Commercial properties in Southern VA.  David graduated from Central High School in 1998 and received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Longwood University in 2003.  David is an active member of the community and is currently involved in the following activities:
